Just got done exercising, is it okay for me to eat a pack or two of Ramen Noodles?

Jogged a little over a mile, do a few sets of sit-ups and push-ups.

Is it okay for me to eat a pack or two of Ramen Noodles right now…? If not, what should I eat? ; I’m always hungry after I work out.

Help me please.

it is Okay but if you are trying to lose weight then dont eat anything. i myself lost 15 pounds in 3 months by not eating after working out. a year ago i used to always go to the gym for about 2 hours and alternating gym, swimming and bike riding and then i would eat like a horse. i did not really lost any weight. on this second deployment i decided to change things a bit … i decreased gym time with food intake. just one hour at the gym with alternations and nothing after the work out or for dinner. in the first month i noticed more of a change than the last year combined.

so if you really want to eat something just get some oat meal and a very small amount like half a cup of ramen noodles with some honey (is awesome for the skin) and drink water it will fill you up. it will take a while to get used to the hunger but in the long run you will feel more of a change quicker.

plus a little over a mile puch ups and sit ups is not a lot
